This growing network of coding and robotics teams uses our all-inclusive program to inspire an early love of coding, computer science, tangible learning, and STEAM education. Tomorrow’s innovators practice imaginative thinking and teamwork. We are a robotics community preparing students for today’s workforce.
Through the manufacturing process of Bot building, students’ imaginations are captured as they. Build teamwork and community spirit. Compete with other children around the world. Our teams will participate in several rounds of missions over a period of five months to become eligible for a sponsored invitational competition in Spring.
Teams will compete in three vibrant fields of robotics under the theme of smart urban enviroments. Competitors will engage in annual local tournaments organised by a consortium of Europe´s most prestigious robotics institutes. The director of the North Atlantic Division is based in Central Florida. The programs vary by age and challenge so that learning never stops building upon itself. On the show, teams use exosuits to control fighting robots.
It is the combination of hard science, math, computer programming, mechanical engineering, and much more. Robotics is multidisciplinary. We have a great team of event managers around the state holding official and “local” events.
The third and final step will be to expand this robotics program into a system-wide initiative. League Tournaments and Events. The teams prepare for the competition in categories. Our mission is to inspire, not to formally educate, but participation in one of our events involves the application of a remarkable range of creative and analytical skills, as well as the development of valuable social intelligence skills.
Our goal is to provide these programs with services, solutions, and a community that allows them to flourish in a way that fosters the technical and interpersonal. Look for it in summer as well. TETRIX is a bol challenging, high school level robotics program.

The REC Foundation ’s VEX family of robotics programs for elementary school through college students includes 20teams in over countries.
These engaging programs offer a direct response to workforce and industry needs with participants more likely to consider studying science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) beyond high school. The NRL is designed to engage students in a job-driven, project based STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) learning experience, to close their workforce skills gap and promote pathways to careers in manufacturing. If anyone had told me four years ago that I would become a facilitator for a workshop to help other educators start robotics clubs and expand a robotics league in Kansas, I would have told them that was crazy. But sometimes students are catalysts for crazy things.
